All transactions from Citizens Bank are duplicated on my Transactions - sometimes in slightly different formats CAPITAL ONE AUTO DIRECTPAY vs. CAPITAL ONE AUT. Sometimes duplicated with small changes in the date 09-14 and 09-15. They are being double counted in trends, too. Thoughts? Thanks.

I am also getting duplicate entries from my citizens bank account. They are registering as exactly the same, except the date is off by one day. For example, everything from 10-06-2009 is also posted again with a date of 10-07-2009. I can't fix it no matter how many times I refresh, because Quicken Online sees them as unique. The duplicates do not appear on my citizens bank account online through the citizens website.
