Looks like they are making progress. If you go to Accounts, and Add "Chase Bank" it will say you are relinking the chase acct to the old wamu account.

Thats EXACTLY what old wamu users need, however, its not working out correctly. It renames the wamu account to "Free Extra Cking" but thats all it does. As long as it eventually merges which looks like what is trying to happen we should all be happy.

Ive tried manual refresh, but get the same error "WaMu has become Chase. Please click here for next steps. WaMu has become Chase. Please click here for next steps.

"Ditto" to all posts. I made the mistake of adding the new Chase account(s), and now I have both in there, with duplicate & inflated balances, etc. I of course want to maintain the account history from old WaMu, so don't want to delete. Bah!

I just clicked on the "Wamu changed to Chase" link after logging into my Wamu account and followed the direction. It said to setup a new Chase account, put in your UN/PW and name it, which I did Chase, and that same account has all my old info in it.

Strangely, however, the Wamu changed to Chase link is still there so I clicked More Info and it gave me a place to report this to their tech team. Also, I don't see that it has downloaded any new transactions since the other day when I logged in.

    Help Quicken!
I clicked the "Wamu switching to Chase" link as well, and it said the accounts were linked but there is really no change. I just get my same Wamu accounts that are not not updating.

    From another thread, Quicken responded...

    "Hello All,
Here is an FAQ that should help with this transition process:

According to these instructions http://quicken.intuit.com/support/articles/quicken-online/updating-accounts/7344.html, we would end up with duplicate transactions for past 90 days between chase.com and wamu.com AND we would have to manually delete each transaction from one of these accounts....NOT A USER FRIENDLY option!!!!!!!!

Chase.com has moved the wamu.com userid and passwords over...so I can use my same userid and password which I was using on wamu.com now on chase.com. So why does Quicken not change the bank url in my account from www.wamu.com to www.chase.com??? That would solve these problems I feel. Or provide the option to end users to change the URL.

Hey QUICKEN wake up and reply..........Thx.
