ATM withdrawals don't increase Uncategorized cash in My wallet??

My ATM withdrawals are listed as Cash, but My wallet Uncategorized balance doesn't increase? Why is this?

I agree, the Cash Tracking option seems to suggest that your ATM withdrawals should appear on this page, however they do not. And there is no true balance amount shown anywhere. What if, for instance, a large part of my spending comes from the Tips I make from a Restaurant. I do not want deposit them, but I want to keep track of them. Where's the Balance?
