I have personally submitted several requests for this financial instutition to be added over the last 18 months (several of my requests received no reply).

FYI: Mint.com has had this institution available for that entire time, so it's Quicken that's dragging their feet here and not Citi StudentLoans.

  • ** NOTE: *** Quicken process requests based on the number of requests they get for each bank, so everyone who wants a specific Financial Institution should visit!!!! Get your friends who need this too to flood them with requests so this will get done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
