anyone else have missing transactions from your bank account? For some reason, there are two days this month that didn't come over.

I am having the same problem with a cleared transaction with WaMu, from my WaMu checking account to my WaMu Mastercard. Neither account shows the transaction.

    Me too. I have missing transactions from the range 8/15 to 8/31 with my account in Etrade.

    Yes, I have WaMu as well with Missing transactions. Also, paychecks (debits) are showing up twice. If only the real world worked that way, I'd be a millionaire by now.

    How is the fix coming along? Is there any progress on this issue? What is the priority? Are we looking at 30 days for a fix or six months or for WaMu to become Chase bank? I'm coming up to the end of my trial date, and I really want to trust and use this. If Quicken Online can't accurately show transactions then it's of little use to anyone. This is the one thing it MUST do correctly and it is failing. Budget planning and tracking spending features are useless without all the entries.

    Simply put if Quicken Online is unreliable, we the customer will not trust it and will move onto something else. We can deal with other features not working, but this one needs to be a high priority.

    This is NOT just an issue with Wamu. I have a Citi credit account with missing transactions from 8/19 to 9/07. What possibly could be the problem that it's taking this long to solve?

    My error has been repaired - the missing transactions are now showing in my quicken account. I had sent to customer service the snapshot of transactions from my bank account and then the 'gap' in the quicken view.

    Can you check your accounts to see if the missing transactions are appearing now. We've applied a fix that should have solved the problem.

    Mine is still not correct. I STILL have a transaction from 9/30 not appearing in my transactions and again today it has happened again. Do you know if this is going to get resolved, if not, then I'm going to have to search for something different.

    Hi blenahen,

    Sorry you're experiencing this issue--I noticed in your other posts that this is an issue you're experiencing with WAMU--is this still the only institution you're having trouble with, or are there others?  If it is only WAMU, are you having this trouble only with a checking account, credit card account, etc.?

    Has this been fixed yet? I'm also missing all transactions to a single payee (honda) from my chase account. All other transactions seem to have been downloaded, except for my car payments to this single payee.

    I'm missing transactions from Wachovia as well. Is this due to an update in the version/software because I wasn't experiencing any issues prior. I really need this to be corrected please!!!!!! Desperate.

    Yes, I also noticed that some transactions are missed from Visa credit card account on BB&T since 11 of October.

    The only difference between posted and missing transactions is reference number. Missing transactions have long 23 character ref number like this: 24323019286572210010404, posted transactions have shorter 12 character ref number.

    I have a single transaction missing from my Discover Card account. I had 2 transactions on 11/27/2009 at Walmart and only 1 of the transactions shows in Quicken Online. They both show up on my Discover Card statement. I tried the 'find missing transactions' with no luck!!!
