Changing Multiple Transactions at Once

At one time, users were given the ability to change multiple transactions' category to something new. However, I do not see that ability any longer.

Can someone please explain how to do this? It appears that the Trend page no longer has that as an option when changing categories.

As an example:

You have 20 transactions with a category of "Weekend Dining." You want to delete that category and assign it to the generic "Dining." How can I find all the "Weekend Dining" transactions and change their category all at one time?
