All,
I've put up a blog post giving some advice on getting upcoming transactions and bill reminders to match more effectively: http://www.quickencommunity.com/quickenOnlineBlog/Getting-Your-Upcoming-Transactions-to-Match1

Try out some of this advice and let us know if it increases the matching accuracy of the product.

Thanks,
Barron

Thanks. Does this apply to the items not cleared yet, to the items cleared? Or just downloaded transactions?

I'm having difficulty understanding if I have to delete items from the Not-Cleared area when I see it has cleared...

Keep up the great work.

To echo some setiments I saw somewhere else on this feedback, it would be nice if the match was based more on transaction amounts than payee name.

My transactions never clear right. I will have the exact date, and be within 20 dollars and it will pick some other random payee instead of using the upcoming transaction.

On Mint.com the transaction pulls in the note on ACH transactions which is very helpful. Instead of ACH Transfer which is what Quicken puts for almost all of my transfers, Mint.com would put much more information that I can see is pulled from the secondary note field.

I can't even get to this blog post. The link goes to the blog but not to the article, and I can't even search for it. Sorry, I feel like an idiot, but how do I read this post?

Don't feel silly, I think the blog article has expired or moved, but I would like to find it as well.

    Here's the article:

I have started having problems where it will match up NONE of my transactions. So, I have to go in and delete the ones in upcoming because they just stay there. It used to work pretty well, would match 8 out of 10 or better.

    Anyone else?
