Has anybody been able to add accounts from Wachovia Dealer Services?

Has anybody been able to add accounts from Wachovia Dealer Services? There are three other Wachovia entries, but I can't get mine to work.

Yeah, I haven't been able to add my Wachovia Dealer loan to my quicken either... I'm probably going to just have to create it manually and create the transactions manually...

    I don't see anything either. They don't seem to have a downloadable Quicken file either. I emailed them about where to find this on their site and they responded by saying that they don't offer support for setting up third-party software such as Quicken. Obviously, that wasn't my initial question at all. I think they just don't want to come out and say that they don't support it with their installment loan services. It doesn't surprise me though as they've tried pulling fast ones with my payments. There's no way to even look at prior transactions on their site let alone in Quicken. Very sad really.
