On the upcoming transaction section, where it tells me where my upcoming bills, I show an upcoming payment for payee "Chase" with "category "Credit Card".. for $103.00
The problem is that I don't have a Chase credit card.. I never registered for one on quickenonline as one of my accounts. I've looked on my Bank/Credit card statements that I did register, and I don't see previous charges/or payments for a Chase credit card. Now I'm all worried about Identity theft...
Where would Quickenonline pull this information from?
Can you look in your list of Cleared Transactions for a transaction dated 30 days previous to the upcoming transaction you're asking about?
For example, is it possible that you used an ATM at a Chase bank 30 days previous? If so, it's possible that that cleared transaction was automatically categorized as Credit Card because so many Quicken Online users choose Credit Card as the category for their Chase transactions.
Then we would automatically create an upcoming transaction dated 30 days later.
If that is the case, you can just select the upcoming transaction and delete it. (Click Delete and then click Delete All Future.)
