I am able to view my account balances fine from the bberry. But when I Add a Transaction it keeps saying "Server temporarily busy...try later". It's been saying that for the past two days regardless of time of day

This afternoon I entered a cash transaction but got the same 'server busy' error. I then manually entered a credit card transaction - this was accepted in the blackberry but after almost 5 hours since it was accepted, it still does not show up in my transaction list!
