Can Not Add New Transactions Via iPhone

This is my first week using QOL and I am somewhat satisfied with it. I am not totally "satisfied" because I can not add new transactions via my iPhone. As this feature is the main reason why I have installed it, it's not serving me any purpose. Is there a way to solve this problem? My bank is a small credit union in Queens, NY (QSide Federal Credit Union).
Additionally, I can not locate any ATMs with my iPhone (it doesn't matter if I use zip code or current location, there are no ATMs in NY!!!!).
