Although the Quicken Online Mobile App can be downloaded from the Canadian App Store and I am able to register with with Online Quicken at US website I am unable to retrieve an activation code when I enter my (Canadian) iPhone Number as requested. The message says it only recognizes US area codes. Does this mean that Quicken Mobile Online is not supported on the iPhone in Canada. I really like the Online version and it would be great to have on my Canadian iphone.

It is now operating on my iPhone, not sure what I did right but might be related to having different user names for Online version and Online Mobile version

Mine works just fine right from the start. I started using Quicken Online about 1 week ago.

I don't remember doing anything out of the ordinary other than telling Quicken Online that my zip was 12345 since they don't support postal codes.

If you're in Canada, you can just use a fake zip code in order to sign up for Quicken Online.

One way to enter a zip code for Canada is to use the 3 numerical digits followed by 2 zero's. eg: 21700.
This also works when gas stations ask for your zip before allowing you to use your credit card.

    I cannot use it either!
As far as I am concerned, there is no reason for forgetting millions of Canadians who spend millions of dollars on Intuit software!
    Very disappointed,

    Hello,

I'm another Canadian who would like to see better mobile support! I have been tinkering with my new Quicken Online account this afternoon and I am impressed.

Mobile alerts would be a very useful feature, and I hope you decide to support Canadian cell phones!

I used a fake zip code then it asked me to set up my bank info. My bank is not listed and I need this to continue. Need Canadian support!

I anable to register for mobile alerts. When I type in my phone number for textmessages it just tells me "Unable to send a mobile key to phone number entered. Phone number must be an active mobile phone number (not a land line) and must be able to accept text messages."

I know that I'm not a land line and I know that I can receive text messages. (Lord knows I pay for it). Anyone else have this issue unresolved? Nothing I've read in this thread tells me what my likely problem is.

I did verify that my username for online and my Iphone app are the same.
