How can I use my blackberry to access accounts instead of iPhone? Jul 19, 2009 07:24 pm

I have the same question!! The crazy thing is, most people who really care to track their spending are those who are business-types. Those in business more often use Blackberry than iPhone. If Microsoft has a Blackberry app that allows mobile use of MS Money, I'm switching. I used MS Money a few years ago...like it, but switched to Quicken just for a change. I have no problem moving back to MS Money if it allows me mobile access.
MS Money doesn't have an app. I started looking at Quicken because of Microsoft dumping Money. I have been using Money for years and years.
My bank doesn't have a mobile website and the full version won't work on my Tour because of some security features on the site.
I am using Quicken Online as a go between. I tried to use it like I would use Money, but it is worthless. It doesn't reconcile manually entered transactions with downloaded ones. Constantly tells me the "RealBalance" is some nonsense because of this. If you want to log on via computer every day and delete the manually added transactions when they download, then you would be OK.
I ended up deleting all of my manual/scheduled/recurring transactions from Quicken Online and am just using it via my Blackberry to see my bank balance and cleared transactions.
When MS Money stops working next year, I will just start using the "register" feature in my banks web banking. Hopefully by then they will have a mobile version and I will stop using any product like Quicken at all.

Hi All,
There is currently no specific app for using Quicken Online on your Blackberry; however, you can use Quicken Online on your Blackberry (or other smart phone) by going to m.quicken.com.

m.quicken.com does NOT work on blackberry browser. Is quicken working on this? There is currently no way for any blackberry user to access their quicken account.
I can not reach this site from my browser on my blackberry storm. How long before there is a fix and I hope that the blackberry user are not forgotten.
Have you tried Opera Mini or Opera Mobile? I know it will run on Blackberry, and it may solve your problem. Opera does work with Quicken Mobile under Windows, so it's worth a try!
