adding credit card accounts to quicken online

I just bought a new computer with windows seven. I decided to try this Quicken product. I was trying to add a credit card account. It is a Wal-mart visa card. Wal-mart is listed in your choices of institutions. Then it wants my log-in information. the problem is my sign-in info is the credit card number and a password. When I entered that info into Quicken online it tells me its the wrong sign-in info. What can I do if anything can be done.
