Expenses taken out of my paycheck

This post is about: Quicken Online
Each pay period my employer takes out money to pay for my commuter checks which I then use to purchase public transit tickets. Is there a way to automatically increase my income by this amount and show the amount withheld for this purchase as an expense? I imagine the same could be true for health insurance, etc.
