[Issue] Income Accounts not showing when creating new products/service

This post is about:
Quicken Online
When attempting to add a new product or service in Quicken Online the only Income Account that is an option is 'Services'.
I have several Income Accounts, but they don't show up in this drop down, if I select and try to add one of my other accounts it gives me an error saying it already exists.
I must be missing something very simple here, please help.
