AMEX Costco account

Has anyone successfully added their American Express Costco account to Quicken on-line?

I've read some of the help files and they even show an AMEX Costco account in the examples. I can login to my AMEX web site and I can see the transactions but I can't add the account via Quicken on-line. My other banks and credit cards work fine.

Thanks for any help - the quicken email support tends to give me template answers with no solution.

Yes I was able to successfully add my AMEX Costco account. I just logged in to AMEX to do this.
