Social Security Payment and US Direct Express

Okay as we have income from other sources like, I receive payments from the Social Security Admin. for my disability. They contract out with Comerica Bank and deposit the money on a debit master card. It is income I get every month.
Also my wife gets paid by her ex husband for child support and that is put on a debit master card by US Bank and that is recurring payments every month.
If you try to put them into a cash account. Quicken said that I was living beyond my means. You cannot add them to our bank account because that feature does not work.
Any ideas how to get 2500 in income to register right with Quicken.
Neither of those are available to add as an account
