Hi,

After you enter your username and password, do you see a pale yellow box on the right with instructions to follow?

It is meant to guide you through troubleshooting the problem. Please post back if you don't see any guidance like that.

Kate

I am having the same issue while trying to set up T. Rowe Price. I am able to sign in to their web page but not through Quicken online. All the yellow box says is to make sure I am entering my credentials correctly, which I have verified I am. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
