I can't download older transactions from my bank. Anyone have any ideas?

I am also having a problem udatng my banking transaction. I cannot get on line with quicken.

Go to Settings at the top and the page will load. Scroll down to choose Find Missing Transactions and a new page will load. Choose the account you wish to find older transactions and select a a start and end date of maximum 90 day period. If your bank allows it, a list will be shown after searching. Not all banks will allow it though.

    Thanks, FresnoMan. I did try that. Guess the bank won't allow it. I can only download into microsoft money, cvs (? don't know if I abbreviated correctly), or text.
