I tried to do this, but it's very complicated. You actually have to contact the bank who issues the card (mine was GE Money Bank, so chances are yours is too?). If you contact paypal support, they'll give you the number. From there, you'll have to contact the other bank and get login information directly to the credit account, rather then into your paypal account. It's pretty tedious. Almost easier to just pay the card off!
