How do I get my ING Direct account to connect to Quicken?

How do I get my ING Direct account to connect to Quicken? I have two accounts with ING Direct that I would like to access with Quicken and every time I try to add them, it just sits on the "Please wait while we contact ING Direct" screen until the site times out. Are there extra settings I need to change either from ING or Quicken?

I am also having the exact same problem...I am a Mint.com user and thinking about switching over to Quicken. On the Mint.com site, there is a message about a current issue with ING DIRECT. I cannot sync with ING from my Mint account right now. Seems ING is blocking attempts by 3rd party software to download account info. Here is what the Mint.com message says:

Hi ING Minters,

There is a known issue connecting to ING that started about 18 hours ago. We are actively working to resolution. For whatever reason, ING is blocking access again. We are working on it. Thanks for your patience.
