I have tried refreshing and deleting account twice and reloading it. I still cannot get the last two weeks transactions. Credit card, savings, etc. seem to work. I enjoy this product, but if this doesn't get resolved I will have to find something else. It does appear that the balance is correct with my bank. It just does not list my transactions so I can see and classify them.

I'm also experiencing this same problem - the balance updates but the transaction do not.
Hopefully this a known problem and Quicken is doing something to fix.
I signed up for quicken online on the 3rd, but my transactions still don't show. My account is with Webster bank, and I think others with this bank are having problems. I have contacted customer support and they are working on it.
Same here. I am getting balance updates when I refresh from Webstser Bank, but no transactions are listed. I hope this gets fixed soon, otherwise there is no point to using this.

I have had similar problems. But if I switch to a different acct, then back to the acct Im trying to downlaod transactions to, they appear. You might try that.
Same problem. The program say the transactions have been downloaded and are waiting to be "reviewed and accepted" BUT I can't see them. Very Frustrated - any solutions?? This use to work just fine.
I have had this issue for more than 2 weeks now.. Not just banking accounts, seems the case for credit cards and investment accounts. Very frustrating.
am too, i have come to depend to a certain extent on quicken online. it has still been since the 27th of last month.
is there anyway to contact quicken about these types of issues with their online product?
know the frontpage just changed recently but dont remember if it happened at the same time i stopped getting transactions from this account.
know its a small regionalized bank so it might not be affecting too many people. if any of you guys can find a way to send them a message let me know as i havent found an address or link to contact them. everything leads back here.

I too had webster bank and had emailed support. Over the weekend they wrote me and told me it was an issue with the bank servers and Intuits. They said it was corrected, but I didn't see anything different. Still no transactions downloaded since 10/28 - So they've escalated the problem to a higher tech support as of this morning. I hope they have a solution soon!
