Problems using a mac

I've just tried out Quicken Online for the 1st time. We have 2 computers, a PC and an IMAC. Everything seems to work fine on the PC. However, on the mac the only information I see is just the basic transaction info from my bank. The screens containing Trends and Goals plus the end of month forecasting have no information (just the graphics templates with no data). Should Quicken Online be usable on a mac? The OS is 10.4.11. If so, any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong?
