My Bank is not in Quicken Online?

We support a lot of banks in our product including most of the top 150. But the financial landscape is ever changing.

Banks merge, get acquired, change identities, launch new products etc. This makes identifying a bank a little challenging some times. But we can help!

    Hi:

    My bank, TD Banknorth NA, disappeared from your financial list so I cannot download transactions. According to the bank they are now listed as TD Banknorth, but though I update my list, TD Banknorth does not appear. What can I do to remedy this and get back on-line?

    This may be a little off topic. I'm in trouble with Chex and am having trouble getting a checking account. Would anyone have ideas? Hopefully a bank that is on Quicken?

    I have two credit cards issued by Barclays Bank of Deleware, one is a US Airways card, the other a BJ's card. Issued by the same bank, but different websites to login to. I use the same username on both and QO only finds only one account (US Airways) under Barclay Bank(the only Barclay listed). The BJ's card is serviced by Business Card Services (www.bjsbizcard.com), if that helps. At one point QO did ask for answers to different security questions, and I thought that the account would then appear, but no luck. Is there any fix for this? Is there a manual account set up process? Do we need to get Business Card Services set up in the system? What to do...???

    I may have a fairly unique situation because my bank does not even have a website. I just moved from the big city to a very rural area (Mason, Texas). The name of the bank is Mason National Bank. I saw "Mason City National Bank" on the list of financial institutions but it is clear from the request for login information that this is a different bank.

    I currently use Quicken Basic on my PC and manually enter charges for these checking and savings accounts, but I also have accounts at other financial institutions that do offer online access. I would like to combine the tracking for all of these...

    Is there a way to set up checking and savings accounts in Quicken Online without enabling login access to the bank website? Or, if not, is there a way to import information from my PC version into the online forum or vice versa?

    My new bank is Chase and I am a former WAMU account holder. I'm just wondering if a better solution is currently being worked on as the current solution has rendered the entire Quickenonline experience unworkable. Is it possible to merge the accounts? Currently, everything is being duplicated, and the default account is not the one being directed. I know this must be affecting a huge amount of subscribers (former WAMU account holders).

    I can login to my AMEX account, view and download transactions but can not add the account into Quicken on-line. I have added 4 other accounts successfully from other institutions but not the AMEX. I tried adding it using the listed American Express institution but it didn't work.

    I was almost assuming this would work especially when my other Canadian institutions all worked.

    I just got off the phone with citibank Customer Service that told me that because Exxon and Shell would not pay citibank for download service they have discontinued it.

    This was an excellent service and my BP Chase still works with it as well as my other Chase cards, so I will be using them now. This will help lessen the work load on citibank computer if they stay in business.

    No..did not think that's the way it works. Emigrant Direct which is also a division of Emigrant Savings Bank is available, so who would think to ask the bank. I did request through Quicken that the bank be added and I thought that was the correct procedure.

    I have been using quicken Online for several months now and have found it to be very easy to use and sufficient for my needs, However in the last month I have found it almost impossible to log on, when I enter my password and hit enter it locks up. Nothing I have done will help. Then a day or so when I try again, it works perfectly. I never know when I will be allowed to use the program. I went to the Mint program because It looks like it will work well for me, However They can't find my bank or my credit union, I have been waiting for several days now for the promised E-mail and heard nothing. Don't know what to do now.

    I have a checking acct/money market acct through Edwards Jones, which I want to use for our rental properties. I can't add the acct as a checking acct, yet I can see it in the Investing section of my information. Is there a way to link the acct via Investing? Edward Jones isn't an option when creating a checking account.
