We support a lot of banks in our product including most of the top 150. But the financial landscape is ever changing.

Banks merge, get acquired, change identities, launch new products etc. This makes identifying a bank a little challenging some times. But we can help!

Quicken will not accept the ID's I use to access my accounts at Chase bank, even though Chase is on the list of banks that connect with Quicken. Chase says this is Quickens problem. Comments? Thx

    Also a member of WCTFCU and it is now on the list. However, I cannot access it thru Quickenonline. Did you have any luck with it? If so what's the trick. Trouble tickets not working for me. I am able to access other banks ok.

    Hello, I have two banks, Chase (formerly Washington Mutual) and Bank of America, both here in Calif. With the help of someone at Chase I was able to download my bank statements. I went to my bank statement first, selected Download Transactions and was able to download into Quicken. However, it tells me I have a 0 balance. I haven't figured out yet how to fix that, but at least I was able to download. I would also like to figure out how to add up the debit columns on my downloaded statements, which is the main reason I got Quicken in the first place so that I don't have to do all that with a calculator. If you or anyone else has any thoughts about these matters I would be most appreciative. As regards your issue, I have a problem with Bank of America, also on the list: I can download files but I can't get them to open. Its evening here in CA and probably not the best time to get through to B of A Customer Service in order to talk to someone knowledgeable about Quicken (apparently the banks on the Quicken list all have experts along those lines, and I have had very good luck with Chase). I'll try again tomorrow and if I find out anything potentially useful to you, I'll let you know. Best regards.

    My Bank is Quicken Online and everything worked fine until this past month. My bank (University FCU TX) tells me that you have changed something in the way Quicken connects to the banks. Is this true? I know that I can no longer connect to my bank.

    I have an eBay Master Card from GE financial. When I click update from within Quicken it takes me to the GE financial Site at http://www.gemoney.com/en/index.html which is incorrect. It should be taking me to the website www.ebaycard.gemoney.com. How can I get quicken to make this edit as it appears to be hardcoded. Please let me know if I can make that edit myself.

    Wow! Intuit finally added my little credit union. It only took almost 11 months but it's there and it works. I made the same request at Yodlee/Mint and they haven't added it yet. Thanks Intuit.

    I banked At WAMU and Quicken was set up for that. Now Chase bought them out. How do I get my WAMU account to now download from Chase as the WAMU website is invalid now. I have changed everything in the WAMU account to Chase but it still searches for WAMU.

    I would also like to add an account manually -- do I have to claim it's my wallet???? Seems dumb. I have two credit cards whose banks are not in the Quicken Online system.
