Citicard account won't download transactions

I am new to quicken online and am having a problem with downloading transaction to my Citicard AAdvantage account. I have two credit card accounts. One is closed out because I lost the card. The other is new. The problem is that the old one downloaded it's transactions on setup but I can't get the new credit card account to download any transactions.

    Citi Bank will not permit direct download. I don't have any problem with Mint.com which Quicken is in the process of acquiring. Mist.com is free.

    Yes, I found the same thing. It's going to be "interesting" to see what happens now that Quicken has bought Mint.

    I am having the same problem. I e-mailed Quicken support and they gave me a fix that does not work. I called the Quicken Support Chat line, outsourced to Right Now and they referred me to a quicken link. The Quicken link asked me for an e-mail address and telephone number so that they can send a solution, once they have one ??? Don't they test something as simple as downloading a transaction???
