Errors with Adding/Updating ING and Sharebuilder Accounts

All,

There are some problems updating and adding ING and Sharebuilder accounts at this time. During normal business hours (9AM - 6PM Eastern Time, 6AM - 3PM Pacific, Monday - Friday), it is not currently possible to add or update an account. If you are trying to update or add an ING or Sharebuilder account to Quicken Online, please try to do so outside of these windows.

Seriously. I like the streamlined interface better than Mint's, but if we're comparing a working application to this, Mint will obviously win.

    This post is about: Quicken Online
    I had similar issues regarding ING accounts. I reported the error through the account screen (click on "This bank can't be refreshed..." or similar error message, then click "Show More" and submit the error) and Quicken Support emailed me (basically saying that I need to do it outside the window). I replied that I was attempting to update the account outside of 9-6, and they were able to fix it within a couple of days.

    I just mean that there seems to be little reason (given, anyway) why we can't use our accounts during the US daytime, especially when other sites can.

    I've been having a separate issue (andrewski, "Repetitive notifications" #, 12 Mar 2009 9:03 am) and ultimately I wonder if it comes from this functional limit. It's making it hard for me to use Quicken Online with my bank account.
