I have an HSBC Platinum credit card and I use the AccountCentralOnline web site, Which bank name do I use to set up?

Apparently the bank is listed under "Direct Merchants Bank CC".

    I can't add my Best Buy card either (store card). HSBC BestBuy nor Direct Merchants is available.

    Use this bank name for the regular Best Buy Credit Card issued by HSBC (the one that just says Best Buy on the front).

    HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A.

    it took me a while to figure this out (got mine to work). hope this helps.
