where is my mortgage company?I dont see CITIZENS BANK CCO MORTGAGE or RBS C

I dont see CITIZENS BANK CCO MORTGAGE or RBS Citizens, N.A. CCO Mortgage is a division of RBS Citizens, N.A. on the list. What do I do? I have the CCO MORTGAGE web site and password etc. I use to check my balance. Can I set it up with out it being on the list?

I too would like to see CCO Mortgage added. Supposedly, mortgage info will at some point be accessible through a Citizens Bank login, but I understand that won't happen until 2010 at the earliest. In the meantime, why Quicken won't add CCO is unknown and a pain in the neck.
