    Apparently the bank is listed under "Direct Merchants Bank CC".

    Is it an HSBC card through best buy? try "best buy credit card" ... that worked for me.

    I still can't find it and I've tried everything! I'm using the premier edition; I don't know if that makes a difference.

    It's HSBC, but through "Direct Merchants Bank" with the url being, once again: wwww.accountcentralonline.com
