My Car loan balance is incorrect by $17K. It looks like it is the original amount of the loan. Only the last 3 pmts were downloaded, so I tried the "find missing transactions", thinking that this would reduce the loan balance, but it wouldn't download, ever though I can see them when I access the account.
I can't find any way to adjust the balance.
(On a side note: I tried "Fund missing" on by checking Acc and it was really flakey, I was able to finely get it to work by only doing 30-days at a time starting back in Jan'09. But it won't download May thru June...)

I think that the problem of not downloading the missing BMW transactions is the it's not asking for the "security information" that is required during the process. It was asked during setup in order to download the last 90 days.
Has this issue been resolved for you? I just set up my BMW financial services account and have the same problem. Downloads transactions but does not update the latest balance. The balance it shows is the loan total at origination.
