Quicken uses only my ING checking and not my CHASE checking

I have ING checking and savings listed and Chase checking and Chase credit cards listed. However, I have more money in my Chase account, but when I sign in it say I have only 7 dollars because it is using my ING checking account. How do I get it to use my Chase checking account?
