sears gold mastercard won't update

my account for my sears gold mastercard won't pull new transactions (since oct/13). my balance is correct, but quicken hasn't been pulling in the transactions. i put all of my spending on this card, so i'm not getting accurate numbers in trends. any fixes?

Sounds like your problem is the same as mine. I think Quicken Online is asleep at the switch.
