I've tried Find Missing Transactions several times - Right after it happened, a few days later, and just now - and it doesn't find anything.

I have the same problem, and when I the search under Find Missing Transactions in the right account with the correct dates, nothing comes up. Anything else I can do to make this work?

I know the date of 10/19 but the find missing transactions feature doesn't work.

We can send people to the moon and back, but Quicken Online can't put back an accidentally deleted transaction. From their help team:

"The only solution for this issue is to delete the entire account from Quicken Online and then add it again, so that it is refreshed. It will then download the entire transactions from past 90 days."

I guess the truth is you get what you pay for and since Quicken Online is free, it has things about it that suck and they don't care to fix it.
