Bill Reminder problem

I noticed that when an extra payment to a bill or if the bill was paid on a different date than what my bill reminder is setup to.... well, the bill reminder changes to reflect the cleared item. STOP THIS! I do not want cleared transactions to influence my bill reminders. Once I create a reminder....they should not change unless I alter them. Please fix this problem. I have seen this happen multiple times now. Thanks

Still waiting on when I click "mark as paid" on a bill reminder, it is automatically added to upcoming transactions. I have asked numerous times on the status of this with no answers. Please throw me a bone on this.... make the online interface and program more user friendly. Also would like a bill reminder option of annotating with account the payment should be added to. Thanks

have set up to receive mobile and email alerts and I have not received any messages. I have read the help notes, nothing. is the feature working.

    I am having the same problem. While I can't give you a good answer (obviously), maybe we can draw more attention to this.

    Hey, Quicken guys! The reminders don't seem to be being sent to our cell phones or email addresses!

    I have cleared transactions that continue to shown on billminder. How do I get them off billminder?

    If you highlight the reminder and hit delete (to the right and up a bit) it will ask you if you want to delete just this one or all for this biller.
