My guess is that you have to go to the individual account (your bank, for instance) and then, under "upcoming transactions" you would hit delete, and then click on "just this one".

That's a guess.

This interface is atrocious. The "reminders" function is now completely useless. It only shows "upcoming" as of today's date.

So, if I miss a reminder, it falls off the list and then the only way I can see it is to wander through each and every one of my accounts, scanning the "upcoming transactions".

Talk about making things difficult and unusable!!

Did you people TEST this before putting it online?

Is there anyway to use the old "mark as paid" button....This was a big reasons why i joined this online program, so i can keep a list of my expenses and mark them as i pay. I'm gonna have to cancel this thing, if changes aren't made.

    Hi -

I think you guys have figured out how it works now, but just to confirm, here's how to mark a reminder as paid:

    1. Click the link from the Reminders list on the Home page. (However, if the due date is in the past, it's true that you'll need to go find it on the Upcoming Transactions list for the account.)

    2. Select the upcoming transaction and click the Delete button.

    3. Click the "Delete This One" link.

Then the date for the upcoming transaction rolls over to the next date according to the frequency you set.

When I delete the transactions that I have paid (or scheduled with my bank to be paid) it changes the online balance. This is not efficient, I can't see what my balance will be when the bill is paid. Any suggestions.

This is crazy! I am trying Quicken for the first time, I previously use Microsoft Money. I cannot believe there is no way to mark your reminders as paid. What good is a reminder if you don't know if it has been paid or is still pending? I am really considering going back to Money.

agree.... is Quicken ever going to add a "Mark as Paid" option??? It seems like Quicken doesnt really support this product... I think it has potential to be a great service. In fact I would recommend to Quicken to either start supporting the Online version or just get rid of it all together. No reason to let it give you a bad name. I personally would rather pay monthly or annually for Quicken Online and have excellent support and product upgrades, than use a service that does only half of what i want it to do. Or make the project open source so the community can come together and make it a success.... just please dont tease us with a half working product!
