Not Getting E-mail summaries

I have set up my account for weekly e-mail summaries. But I am not getting them? Is this a common occurance? or is there something that I am missing?

    Nope, me either. I sent an email to the support team, and they have not yet rectified this.

    I have closed and re-opened two online quicken accounts to try and get summery email but received nothing. I also contacted quicken who later said they fixed the email problem but again I am receiving no email. I know my email works because that is how Quicken communicated with me. I quit, back to using spread sheets.

    I'm not receiving notifications or alerts. My e-mail address is correct. I was wondering if it's going in my spam filter, but can't find anything.

    I have received just one notice via e-mail, though I have asked for the as a matter of course. I don't know why this is so difficult for Quicken to solve. Nor do they.
