I have read Barron's blog.
I still am puzzled as to how upcoming transactions mesh with the actual transactions when they occur. I have followed the general rules for upcoming transactions attempting to identify them properly with amounts close to the actual and setting them to occur a few days *before* the actual occur. But I always seem to end up with upcoming and actual on the same chart, which severely distorts my balances, and I always end up by having to manually removed the upcoming values.
Aren't the anticipated values supposed to automatically delete when the actual are cleared?

I have the same problem - when an upcoming transaction actually happens, it doesn't automatically get removed from the upcoming transactions. I have to manually remove it. Shouldn't it happen automatically?

I'm having the same issue and can't figure it out. I thought maybe there was a wayto "enter in register". Sometimes I need to offset the amount and dates, but changing the transaction changes it for all future transactions as well??? Anyone ideas?
