I have set up Alerts & Notifications, but I an not getting any emails.

I have:

1.Entered email address correctly on profile tab.

2.Checked the remind box for the ones I want on Transactions page.

3.Set up to be reminded 7 days in advance & checked bill reminders box on Alerts & Notifications tab.

Does this feature work?

Hi,

You're right that the reminders emails aren't working correctly.

We're aware of this and working on a solution.

I'll post back when it's fixed.

    I'm just now discovering Quicken Online and have tried to set up the Reminders and Notifications with no success. Obviously, have found the forum as of Nov 23 but am disappointed that this topic was raised in August and acknowledged as not working but nothing has been posted in the past 3 months.

    Is there a fix? Is this not a priority? Seems like a key feature to me.

    Eagerly awaiting a solution.....

    I have canceled the Quicken Online product and continue to get an email notice "What's left until your next paycheck", and the amount that is reported is inaccurate. I would like to eliminate this email.

    Is there any update on this. I have not gotten a Weekly Snapshot since 10/18/2009.

    I doubt there will ever be an update to this. As they have announced, they are canceling Quicken Online in the next few months and migrating all of us over to Mint.com. That leaves them very little incentive to fix bugs now.

    When will bill the bill reminder via email start to work? What is the current time frame for fixing this problem?
