Changing frequency of Upcoming Transactions to One Time Only

This post is about: Quicken Online
My Upcoming Transactions list several Payments I've made through my bank's Bill Paying service. The frequency is set, by default I suppose, to monthly and when I try to change it, I'm not given the option to specify a One Time payment. See attached jpg file
