Suddenlink and Chase show debit in Upcoming Bills

My Suddenlink cable bill and Chase credit card show up as a debit (green) on my upcoming bill list which is adding the amounts back to my balance. How can I change these to subtract. My Suddenlink is an automatic bank draft and I pay my Chase manually online every month. When they have cleared, they are showing up correctly.Category for my Suddenlink is set up at Utilities - Expense. Category for Chase is Transfer Out - Expense.
