When I down load transactions they are truncated at 32 characters and the characters on the Point of Service info are all extrenuous and not the vendor name. Can I fix this somehow? I bank with bremer. This does not happen when I use my other bank.

My bank "First National Bank in Staunton" sends the payee details in the memo field. If that can be fixed for my bank it would really help. Thanks!

Is there another thread or a support address that I should send this request to?

I spoke with the IT support person at Bremer today. He's convince that Quicken is improperly parsing the data, and that there's more to the item than is displayed in the payee field in Quicken.

Please update us on this. Weeks are going by, and this site is essentially worthless to me until this is resolved.

For the other Bremer customers, the rep said I could manually set categories for the transactions and Quicken would learn them due to the hidden data. Maybe, but that's a lot of work and somewhat defeats the purpose of the website. Let us know if you try it.

Hello...

I would very much like to have this fix applied to
Indiana Members Credit Union.

They prefix all transactions with 40 characters of crap.
So when Quicken online trims it down to 32 all I see is something like:
MASTERMONEY POS PURCHASE-TERM# 1

Not very helpful.
