Upcoming Transaction Frequency

In the upcoming transaction frequency you can select weekly, monthly, quarterly... I'd like to be able to choose by day of the month, or day of the seek. My google calander allows me to do this and is very helpful. For instance most of my bills get pulled on the 1st monday of the month. This shouldn't be too tricky to fix since all the calanders - google, yahoo etc already have this logic figured out.
