Are any of you having problems sync your AMEX with QO. I have not been able to do this since June 27 2009 and I have also rest the accounts. Any suggestions. Or is QO already working on it.
I have actually had no problems syncing AmEx to Quicken. I have been using it for about a year with no issues with AmEx. My husband has a corporate card and a personal card- they both show up. I also have an AmEx through Bank of America and it syncs no problem. I can only suggest double checking the login info- Although you have probably done that many times.
I haven't been able to get Amex (or Discover) to sync for several months. I contacted quicken support, and was surprised when their solution was for me to contact Amex to have them resolve it. I don't think it's my issue (or Amex's) to solve. If they can't fix this I guess I'll go back to Mint.

My American Express transactions have automatically downloaded OK since early this year, with a few exceptions. The exceptions were when all or most of my accounts did not download.
