Hi,

I've just read this:
http://lifehacker.com/5397772/quicken-online-to-shut-down-next-year-users-moved-to-mint

But, Quicken online supports banks in UK, which Mint dosent. So when you move to Mint, will that mean that you will stop support for UK residents?

Hi danisgood,
Thanks for posting--we've just gotten going on the acquisition details, so we don't have specifics like this yet--but we will keep everyone posted as soon as we have more information.

Thanks--

I'm really disappointed to hear this. I switched from Mint to QOL. QOL has a much better interface while being simple and to-the-point. Please give the QOL User Interface team the lead on the new combined product!

Mint is very bloated and its syncing does not work well, 4-5 of my 9 accounts would never sync properly. While QOL doesn't access 401k accounts, the syncing is seamless.

I understand Mint has a better business model, but I would pay $10-20/mo to keep QOL afloat.

If Mint's syncing doesn't improve, I would prefer to go back to MoneyDance where I downloaded everything myself. That was less painful than typing 5 question/answers from my bank every time I wanted to sync.

I live in Canada, and also wonder if Mint will add support for Canadian Banks. Am I correct in understanding that all Quicken supported banks will also be supported by Mint, once the products merge?
