Hello All,

As most of you are aware, Quicken.com is experiencing server outages, which is preventing access to online quotes. This is a result of hardware problems that were experienced over the weekend. As you have noticed, the server continues to go up and down as our team is trying to correct the problem. We thought this was fixed a couple of days ago, however, as you can see, our team has more work to do. As per all of your suggestions, we have posted notification of the outage on Quicken.com.

Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time on a final fix to this problem--but with our engineers working overtime, we hope that this will be as soon as possible. We apologize for the repeated inconvenience this has caused you--I will let you know when this issue is resolved.
