Currently there is a problem in creating a new account that will not allow users to proceed past the agreement page. This is being looked into. As this may take time to fix I will be manually fixing each account until a permanent solution can be found. So until I post that this issue is fixed please try to login periodically during the day. Once you are past the agreement screen everything should be fine.

Update: 02/21/2006 4:29PM PST

This issue is now resolved. Users will now be properly prompted with the user agreement screen with an accept and decline button.
